Project Success Path

Methodology No Comments

Success of a project depends on many factors, beyond the project plan, phases, methodology and the budget. A successful project starts with determining the scope and the issues, but quickly steps into finding the key stake holders, and the steering committee. And for any project to be controlled well, a limits definition and time allocation is equally important. But most importantly, running projects is about the people involved. And people bring in their organizational dynamics, culture and creativity approaches, which needs to be encouraged and managed. And ultimately a project needs to be monitored on the basis of the success metrics.
