Project Phases

Methodology No Comments

For simplification sake, we can view a BI project to have three phases. It would begin with a charter, or determining goal, value and budget. And then move into determining technical feasibility, requirements and ultimately laying out specifications. And finally, result in development, testing and deployment.
The phases run in iterations, meaning, they would get repeated for every “sprint” or every iteration phase. Please see the services, offerings, lifecycle and project success path posts to get a better understanding for BI project management.
